Carer's Assessments at the Carers Information Service

The Carers Information Service provides Carer's Assessments for carers of adults on behalf of Croydon Council.

A Carer’s Assessment is an assessment of your needs as a carer. The assessment looks at how caring impacts your life, such as your physical, mental and emotional health, and whether you are willing or able to continue caring.

If you care for an adult Croydon resident, our Assessment Workers can provide your Carer's Assessment. You can choose between a telephone or a face-to-face assessment.

Read our frequently asked questions for more information on Carer's Assessments.

If you would like a Carer's Assessment or further information on the service, please call our Carer's Assessment line on call 020 8663 5664 (direct line), email or visit the Carers Support Centre.
